    You are a Personal Lines Account Executive, with 3 to 7 years of experience, comfortable in the High Net worth space. You enjoy networking and creating a center of influence for your clients. Referrals are second nature for you and you serve the role of a true risk consultant for your clients. You are looking to advance your career and grow with a strong company.

    Job Summary:

    This individual is responsible for New Business sales and retention of existing book of personal lines accounts. It is critical for this individual to provide sales, service and general stewardship to new and existing clients in accordance with agency guidelines. This person will also identify and follow through on cross-sell and referral business opportunities by supporting agency sales initiatives.

    Objectives are set for new business development, client service, account development and renewal retention.

    This role works under little supervision and has the autonomy and discretion to successfully meet job duties.

    What you bring to the table:

    3-7 years experience in Insurance Sales / High Net Worth space

    Producer license is Mandatory

    Bachelor’s degree in relative field preferred

    AAI, AIS designations preferred

    Fluency is MS office products

    Superior verbal and written communications skills

    Strong Presentation Skills

    Expertise in Personal Lines Insurance Coverage and terminology.

    Ability to multitask and operate in an ever changing environment is critical

    Ability to work well in a team environment

    Hardworking, Willing to invest the time to produce results
