Starphyre Digital Security Services focuses on cyber security for local business here on the central coast. We are a new venture backed by a local company with 25 years in the community. Our focus is business continuity. Cyberattacks are on the rise and can completely cripple businesses. With a combination of products and strategies such as vulnerability scanning, employee education and Cyber Insurance, Starphyre can immediately reduce a company’s exposure to cybercrime.

As a Business Continuity Specialist, you will help guide customers through the various options and diagnose what would be the best fit for your customer. We utilize Salesforce CRM and partner with Cience to create leads and set appointments for our Business Continuity Specialists. We want our specialists focusing cultivating and closing new business. We offer Cyber Insurance, so a Property Casualty insurance license is a plus to start, but we are willing to help a qualified candidate get their license as well. The position is full time and will also be partially remote. Reps will be required to attend in person training, sales meeting as well as scheduled appointments with potential customers.

Position duties include:

Attend chamber events, networking & after hour mixers

Complete preset sales calls with a comprehensive presentation

Make sales calls to referrals and leads

Using Zendesk CRM to track opportunities and new leads

Must have the ability to attend appointments virtually and in person
