    What You Do:

    As a Custom Installation Helper, you will be trained on the job by our A/V techs and assist with the professional installation of custom home theaters and whole home or business systems.

    Your Background Profile:

    Experience: Experience with custom installation or related industry (1-2 years Minimum)

    Ability to use hand tools such as hammer, drills, electric screw drivers, etc.

    Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance)

    For assistant tech position: At least 1-2 years of related industry experience

    For lead tech position: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following (3-5 yrs):

    Structured pre-wire for whole home audio/video distribution, network, satellite, keypad/touch panels, camera systems in new and retro fit construction

    Rack design and cable dressing

    LCD/LED/OLED TV installation, mounting, wiring

    Projector/Screen installation and calibration

    In-ceiling/in-wall speaker installation

    Crestron or Universal Remote Control (URC) programming experience a PLUS

    Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude

    Willingness to learn new skills

    Strong work ethic and self-motivated

    Adaptable: Ability to adapt to frequent changes and troubleshoot issues.

    Availability to work Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (some Saturdays may be required).

    Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    High School diploma or GED required

    Valid Texas DL required
