    Job Description

    POSITION: IT Associate LOCATION: Lebanon, PA ATTRACTIVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCES:

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) Associates or
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field (preferred)
    • Experience (2+ years) of professional experience in Information Technology or comparable experience
    • Experience and knowledge with computer hardware and software troubleshooting  
    • Experience and knowledge with TCP/IP networking
    • Experience and knowledge in MS Office and other Windows software
    • Experience and knowledge with Automated Visual Inspection (AIS) and MES
    • Ability and willingness to work in office and in a production floor setting with moderate noise
    • Ability and willingness to work in fast-paced, matrix structured organization
    • Willing to work traditional business hours (8am to 5pm) during weekdays (M-F) with the flexibility to accommodate supporting the 24/7 shift schedule

    SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE: Provide technical support for Information Systems for both hardware and software components.  Provide direct end-user support, in addition to, general administrative support for the department.  Ensure inquiries and requirements are satisfied in a timely, accurate and complete fashion. Consistently follow existing processes and procedures, while also focusing on continuous improvement measures to achieve department objectives.  

    • Troubleshoot and resolve computer systems issues to include root cause investigations and analyses, while also implementing subsequent corrective/preventative action(s) to eliminate recurrence 
    • Follow Information Systems processes for incident management, change management and configuration management 
    • Support site implementation of Information Systems projects with support from both local and corporate contacts, including Technical Services(TSE) and Operations Technology groups
    • Administer user rights in applicable site systems (ex: AD, Sinic, MES, etc.) in accordance with company guidelines and standards 
    • Participate in continuous improvement for Information Systems and processes; develop and document best practices 
    • Support hardware and software updates and any associated process changes
    • Perform necessary and applicable trainings, for both current employees and new hires, to ensure proper end-user know-how  
    • Participate in projects within scope/area of responsibility
    • Keep skills and knowledge current with regard to new IT advances, requirements, and regulations 
    • Maintain a safe, clean and secure workstation by adhering to company compliance standards, procedures and regulations
    • Help implement new concepts of IMSU/EHS in area of responsibility, while adhering to all safety policies and regulations 
    • Apply roles and responsibilities in accordance with LEAN manufacturing practices
    • Follow cGMP, along with Corporate policies and procedures and site level guidelines
