About Us:Startup Bunker’s workspace design features private offices, in a variation of sizes and shapes, allowing a comfortable and ample space for teams of 1-50+, surrounded with acoustically enhanced glass walls and decorated partitions in order to create a sense of compartmentation and ensure privacy for each individual office space.Job Duties:As a Marketing Agent, you will be involved in the entire marketing strategy from planning to implementation, while also working with a cross-functional team from operations, legal, and PR departments, among others, to help shape the voice and image of our brand.

Salary range: $43000 - $53000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and evaluate keyword bids, budgets, and other important metrics.

Manage the team's resource requirements.

Assist in resolving queries.

Coordinate the team's workload.

Ensure that all service standards are met.

Experiment rapidly, employing a test and learn the framework and rigorous statistical analysis.

Analyze campaign performance to detect trends and new growth opportunities.

Monitor performance frequently to be able to react to changes quickly and decisively.

Provide insight and work closely with the other team members to meet business needs.

Contribute to achieving business objectives.

Develop reports and analytics data.

Provide team members with personal objectives and development plans.

Requirement:

Previous experience managing marketing is an asset.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience

Ability to thrive in a high-growth, business, and ambiguous environment

Deep understanding of Bid / Budget management

Able to work well under pressure
