I am looking to build an ebay style site for trading sports cards. It is a start up company. I will pay your annual in-state tuition and provide founders equity in exchange for coding the sight (front and back end). It is probably a 2 year part time project, so I suppose getting 2 years of in state tuition is pretty good! I am looking for a bright and talented computer science major. I would expect 15 hours of work a week. I would work with you and present the vision, and then you are responsible for coding it into reality. I have a significant amount of inventory that will ultimately be sold over the site, and it will function like ebay in the sense that others can sell their sports cards over the site, too. I will take care of everything else, like legal, compliance, operations, etc. (BTW, I am a lawyer). So, this is a great opportunity for a freshman, sophomore or even a junior. 15 hours a week. You code and build the site. You need to be a good coder, talented. I pay for your in state tuition (or an equivalent amount if you have a scholarship or otherwise have your tuition being paid). And, if you go to a school with lower tuition rates, we can discuss cash payments. I prefer a bright student from Georgia Tech or Emory or another top school. But, if you have the confidence and think you are just as good or better, please go for it and apply. PS - You have to have a good working personality too. No difficult people, please. And, I am completely open to a team of 2 (I may even prefer that). I would need to think through the financials with 2, but I can probably make that work. Who's in?
