Job Description

• Production Floor Support for day-to-day activities
• Serve as the primary connect between IT and manufacturing team for any existing and upcoming projects.
• Functional Requirement gathering and Documentation.
• Work on solution approach with respective teams.
• Support implementation team.
• ServiceNow Ticket management.
• Assist in evaluating business needs, research and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes.
• Perform and manage application configuration, testing & rollout of MES Application.
• Troubleshooting of Printing application like Cipher, Bartender etc.
• Resolve issues and provide RCA of issues.
• Understand current solution Design & implementation.
• Working as a Business Analyst being a key link between IT and Business

Qualifications

Experience: 10-12 years relevant experience

Education & Experience: -

• Graduate Degree in Engineering, Technology or equivalent.
• Proficiency in developing and debugging SQL queries.
• Good Understanding in following technologies:
• Json, XML languages.
• SQL & Oracle 12g.
• Configuration management.
• Change/Incident management process.
• Printing application like bartender, Skipjack Cipher etc
• REST API
• Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes and MES Systems.
• Good Understanding of SDLC.
• Knowledge of Production, Quality & Warehouse processes is must.
• Should be able to understand business requirement and translate them into solution for MES application.
• High level Understanding of production planning in ERP, BOM & Routing as well as integration with MES System
