    About the Role

    Maleda Tech is seeking a highly analytical Startup Operations Analyst to lead data strategy and performance insights across a fast-growing startup program ecosystem. This role will centralize analytics ownership, automate data pipelines, and build real-time dashboards that drive transparency, growth strategy, and operational excellence across the full startup lifecycle.

    You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights, support strategic planning, and continuously improve program health and outcomes.

    This is a part-time contract role ideal for a data professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own end-to-end analytics for startup programs, tracking performance from application through graduation

    • Build and maintain lifecycle and cohort-based models to monitor engagement, product usage, conversion, and outcomes

    • Design automated ETL pipelines integrating internal systems and external data sources

    • Develop real-time dashboards and reporting aligned with company-wide BI frameworks

    • Create advanced partner and funding performance reporting to support strategic growth goals

    • Generate high-quality prospect and lead datasets for sales and marketing outreach

    • Implement lead management workflows to ensure seamless data flow across platforms

    • Monitor program health, identify churn risks, and surface optimization opportunities

    • Lead regular data reviews and contribute to monthly business performance reporting

    • Establish data governance, quality controls, and documentation standards

    • Support data migrations between tools and platforms

    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities

    • Collaborate with data science and BI teams to validate models and operationalize insights

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operational reporting

    • Strong experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and Google Workspace

    • Proven ability to automate data workflows and build scalable reporting systems

    • Experience working with startup or market intelligence tools (e.g., Crunchbase or similar platforms)

    • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk or similar tools)

    • Familiarity with Slack-based communities or engagement analytics

    • Experience using Airtable and automation platforms (e.g., Workato or similar tools)

    • Exposure to AI-driven data automation tools
