Job Description
Our Central Operations Department is searching for an entry-level bi-lingual Operations and Customer Support Specialist for its downtown Los Angeles Office. If you speak Hindi, have prior banking experience, like interacting with customers, love to multi-task and have great attention to detail this is a great entry level opportunity for you.
Responsibilities include:
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of general bank operations and Federal Banking Regulations relating to customer deposit accounts. Knowledge of FIS core banking application and sub-systems; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and in teams; Excellent organizational skills. Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office). Fluency in Hindi .
