    INSURANCE ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE CHRIS HAMILTON STATE FARM INSURANCE AGENCY – HOUSTON, TX.

    Highly competitive insurance agency is looking for an enthusiastic, career minded individual to join our sales team.

    As a marketing and sales representative, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, Health & Home insurance business, as well as assisting with financial services.

    We are looking for goal orientated, hard-working individuals, who are ready to help us achieve our 2021 sales goals.

    REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • A track record of success in consultative solutions-oriented sales or experience in the insurance industry. 1-2 years sales experience is required.
    • The ability to conduct needs based selling, including: Prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analysis, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals and closing deals.
    • The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace

    While sales ability is an important part of this position, it is equally important that the right candidate enjoys working with people and has a genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's life.
