    Position Overview

    State Farm Insurance Agent located in Houston, TX is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Jose Jimenez - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.


    Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

    Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

    Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

    Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

    Compensation: $8 per hour plus Commissions from $20 to $120 per sale and other bonuses and incentives

    Detail oriented

    Ability to make presentations to potential customers

    Bilingual - Spanish preferred

    Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
