We’re excited to welcome a new part-time Agent Assistant to our local State Farm team in Hopkins. In this role, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly by providing key administrative and marketing support, assisting with daily operations, and helping our clients with their insurance needs. If you’re organized, enjoy working with others, and are looking to build your skills in a supportive environment, we’d be happy to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls, texts, and emails from current customers
Appointment setting for current customers
Prepare documents and materials for in-person & virtual meetings
Proactive calls, texts, emails to current customers regarding new business opportunities, changes to their policies, etc.
Create/schedule social media posts and follow-up with customers for Google Reviews
