Our State Farm agency is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team of sales professionals. Insurance experience is not required as we will train and coach you to your own success.

OTE $40,000- $75,000

Requirements:
- A career-minded approach. We are growing and we want Sales Producers to grow with us and be challenged!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Obtain a Property & Casualty license (We will guide you!)
- Obtain a Life & Health license. (We will guide you!)
- Pass a state background check.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Showing your clients how awesome you are by advising them on how to best protect their families using State Farm’s world-famous products and customer service.
- You will cold call, warm call, ask for referrals, network in the community, and build your brand within the agency.
- Meet & exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Developing your knowledge of how to best protect your clients, help your coworkers and add your energy to our already amazing office.
