As a member of this dynamic team member you will primarily focus on contacting and making appointments for both new and existing customers.

Details: A telemarketer’s job will involves the following duties that need to be fulfilled

To get in touch with businessmen or individuals via the phone to promote products, services.

To modify scripted transaction pitches to meet the needs of particular entities.

To record buyer details, including reactions to the product and/or services offered.

To explain the basic products or services to potential customers.

To obtain customer information, including names and addresses.

To receive information over the phone and maintain details in the State Farm system.

To record customer details and details of transactions.

To schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers and conduct customer insurance and financial reviews.

To contact customers regularly to follow up on initial interactions.

Requirements:

Self-motivated and detailed orientated with particular attention to customer needs.

Excellent Communication Skills

Ability to work well both in a team environment and individually on agency goals.

Compensation includes salary plus production based incentive plan.

Ability to learn sales scripts and products that are offered.
