POSITION OVERVIEW

State Farm Insurance Agent located in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Rep. As an Entry Level Customer Service Rep for Chris Foster - State Farm Agency, you will assist with the sales for our agency customers and prospects and help develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, life, and business insurance. TOP PERFORMING TEAM MEMBERS MAKE BETWEEN $2,500 AND $5,500 A MONTH IN COMMISSION...AND EARN A SEPERATE YEAR-END BONUS UP TO $15,000! RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full training, coaching, and support provided - WE TEACH YOU EVERYTHING!
• Present and sell Insurance policies to new and existing clients provided by the agent
• Follow up to all leads and live calls provided by the agent
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers provided by the agent
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual - Spanish required. Can you speak Spanish?
• Prior Sales Experience preferred
• On-The-Job training provided by the agent
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Associate's degree or higher required
