Job Summary
This position is with an established retail branch of a fortune 50 insurance company in Queens, NY. It is a fast-paced working environment where organizational and multitasking skills are REQUIRED. Strong potential for advancement opportunities. Benefits are offered after 1 year of service as well as annual bonuses and increases based on performance. Annual salary of 50K-100K plus bonuses based on experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Daily follow up with existing clients to address concerns with their accounts.
Be resourceful in resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction.
Develop and strengthen relationships to retain existing business.
Discuss coverages and gaps to increase/add new products to existing client's accounts
Manage time and multi-task to complete all necessary tasks daily
Qualifications and Skills
*Must have a minimum of 1 years of sales/customer retention/relationship management experience handling new and existing accounts in a fast paced sales environment. Prior insurance experience a plus. Must currently have a Property & Casualty license or be in the process of obtaining the license. Must speak Spanish. Will train industry knowledge.
Self-motivated and quick thinking
MUST possess excellent communication, writing, speaking, and listening skills
MUST possess excellent computer knowledge & usage of various Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
MUST pass background check
Be willing to obtain or already possess the NY Property & Casualty license
