    We are looking for a motivated Food Runner to join our team! You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food, drinks, and customer experience.

    Primarily, we are looking for someone with open availability. Compensation is $10-12 hourly (depending on experience) plus tip out, which averages to $17-27 hourly.

    Food Runner Responsibilities:

    Double check the order for quality and presentation before it goes to the customer.

    Deliver food to tables quickly and accurately, ensuring they receive the correct food.

    Uphold sanitation and food safety policies.

    Answer any questions from customers.

    Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory.

    Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties.

    Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food.

    Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decorations.

    Handle various impromptu requests from customers.

    Any other duties deemed necessary to the position.

    Food Runner Qualifications/Skills:

    Must be able to multitask in order to ensure customers get their orders promptly.

    Possess a high degree of organizational skills to easily locate tables and bar patrons to fulfill everyone’s orders.

    Excellent communication skills to ensure they meet customers’ requests.

    Able to stand for extended periods of time and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

    Ability to listen to directions.

    Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.

    In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain.

    Authorized to work in the United States.
