ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Accounting
- Perform accounts payable functions
- Accounts receivable
- Balance sheet rec's & financial statement preparation
- Conduct routine bank deposits
- Produce and maintain accounting reports to provide accurate and timely data to directors and other stakeholders
- Tracks and invoices all fundraising efforts, to include invoicing and follow-through
- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintains company brand and reputation

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- • Associate's Degree required. Will consider training and experience in lieu of education
- • 3-5 years related business management or office management experience preferred
Skills
- • Experience with reporting out of a variety of systems, including compiling reports to present requested data
- • Efficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel
- • Experience with standard business software and office machines
- • Strong understanding and respect of confidential matters
- • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
