We are hiring for a "Funder". This position includes Funding & Disclosures (CD’s).

You will be responsible for disclosing CD's and funding loans. At times you may also be asked to work Post-Closing conditions.

There will be minimal training, you must know how to work your desk and push correspondent files to closing accurately and in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify loan data provided within Point to ensure all loan terms and conditions match approval
• Review and verify all fees and charges associated with loan meet all compliance/state regulations
• Review signed loan documents for information for accuracy
• Communicate with LO, Processor and Settlement Agent throughout the closing process
• Verify & balance funding figures

QUALIFICATIONS

• TRID knowledge is a MUST
• Ability to work under pressure
• Point experience and Doc Magic is preferred
• Currently employed in this position (or within 60 days) with at least two years experience
• Familiar with all aspects of the position on a correspondent lending platform
• Conventional, FHA & VA experience is a must
• Self motivated with the ability to work quickly and independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable & on time - must have transportation
• Bilingual is a plus but not necessary
