Job Description

• Proactively participate in the construction and management of our commodities portfolio, looking for opportunities to develop and grow your market and technical expertise
• Ensure the proper construction and transparent reporting of portfolio, using various ETRM system to capture and report on KPI and risk metrics
• Analyze  US environmental markets and existing portfolio  to identify short and long-term trading opportunities and idea generation
• Develop, innovate and automate the dashboards/tools used to support the day-to-day management of the portfolio
• Ensure the timely and accurate Deal Entry Management of both exchange and bilateral transactions

Qualifications

•  Previous experience with commodity or financial market portfolios
• Ability to understand and quickly navigate fundamental industry concepts including energy commodity/regulatory markets, portfolio valuation
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, specifically using Python and/or VBA, Matlab
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail
• Intellectually curious with a passion for continual learning
• Team player with a high level of personal integrity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
