We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative able to work various shifts starting between $985.00 - $1,685.00 per week based on experience. Weekend availability is required This is a remote position - you can work from your own home! Job Duties and Requirements: Making outbound calls to provide and confirm information regarding scheduled services Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding our services The first line of contact presenting the value of our services and closing the sale Supporting the overall operations of the Contact Center Making sure customers are serviced quickly and accurately, to ensure first call resolution Must have adequate work from home conditions with dedicated workspace One year remote call center experience preferred FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE: Full-Time positions eligible for: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. 401(k) retirement program with company match.
