Perform sales presentations and site walks as needed.
Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system related solutions for customer's problems.
Understand construction specifications in relationship to production, construction and installation specifications within the HVAC business.
Present internal sales reports.
Develop and maintain long- term customer relationships with new commercial/industrial clients.
Provide full estimates for commercial bid proposals.
Provide professional bid proposals with high level of attention to detail.
Implement selling and marketing strategies to penetrate and develop commercial HVAC accounts.
Requirements
HVAC sales experience.
Strong understanding of HVAC commercial industry.
Experience working with past and present mechanical systems.
Knowledge with control systems, ventilation, light commercial, large package units and split systems.
Some experience estimating removals and installs.
Must be capable of climbing ladders.
Comfortable interacting with building owners, building managers and maintenance supervisors.
Willing to cold call when necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, when necessary.
Successful background check.
Valid drivers license.
