Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to all sales leads generated within our system to maximize sales potential • Utilize the CRM daily to manage and update the list of prospects and sales leads consistently • Build strong relationships with potential clients to address objections effectively and boost sales • Act as the main point of contact for all sellers and maintain clear communication with all involved parties • Arrange appointments and negotiate deals that are mutually beneficial • Demonstrate a quick grasp of the real estate industry and related systems/technologies • Enhance knowledge of the local market to provide answers to customer inquiries and remain competitive • Ensure effective communication with all relevant individuals • Show willingness to understand the business and help enhance our market position • Attend necessary business meetings and training sessions • Perform administrative tasks and special projects as assigned • Uphold a commitment to Excellence in all aspects of our work Qualifications: • Successful and proven track record in business and/or sales is a must • Motivated individual dedicated to providing value • Professional attitude and demeanor are essential • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of people • Strong phone skills, including the ability to close appointments over the phone • Proficient in real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset • Above-average proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Docs • Outstanding writing, speaking, and grammar abilities • Strong organizational and planning skills • Effective problem-solving capabilities • Dependable with a keen focus on safety • Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service • Adaptable and willing to take on diverse tasks • Skilled at building relationships and multitasking effectively • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for work • Availability to work nights and weekends occasionally • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check • High School diploma or Associate degree preferred • Background in call center sales is preferred • Demonstrates Steadfast Home Buyers' core values: Growth Mindset, Personal Responsibility, Eagerness, Coachability, Contributing to the Whole, and Higher Standard • Committed to excellence in all aspects of work Compensation: $42,000 - $65,000 yearly
