Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to address inquiries and successfully close deals. • Maintain a dynamic customer pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities. • Foster relationships with prospective customers to establish credibility and rapport. • Ensure timely follow-up with leads to enhance conversion rates. • Manage and return phone calls associated with the lead system promptly and effectively. • Serve as the main point of contact between sellers and buyers during the sales process. • Organize meetings, negotiate agreements, and facilitate mutually beneficial outcomes. • Establish seller confidence to overcome any reservations they may have regarding the sale. • Source new leads through cold calling and local scouting efforts. • Maintain motivation to achieve financial goals and promote business growth. • Efficiently utilize CRM tools for task management and organization. • Communicate clearly and effectively with all parties involved in transactions. • Finalize contracts within designated timeframes to ensure timely completion. • Acquire industry knowledge to contribute to the expansion of the business. • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities. • Execute administrative tasks and special projects as needed for successful operations.
