Team Perks: • Growth-minded company excited about scaling our business to provide more opportunities to our employees and expand our territory. • Base salary + project performance bonuses • Personal/professional development • 401K with a percentage matched by the company Responsibilities: • Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed • Negotiate profitable agreements with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors • Keep key stakeholders informed of the project’s status by producing frequent progress reports • Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met • Acquire the appropriate licenses and permits from the corresponding authorities and ensure construction is up to code • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. • Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and payment schedules. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams. • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that projects are delivered with minimal delays and cost overruns. • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other industry partners. Qualifications: • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills • Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles • OSHA 30 certification • College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field • Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or real estate development industry. • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on timely and cost-effective delivery. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and track project expenses. • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed. Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000
