Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to all incoming sales leads to maximize sales potential within the company's system • Consistently manage and update the list of prospects and sales leads using the CRM on a daily basis • Establish strong relationships with potential clients to effectively address objections and boost sales • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sellers, ensuring clear communication with all involved parties • Coordinate appointments and negotiate mutually beneficial deals • Quickly grasp the real estate industry and relevant systems/technologies • Enhance understanding of the local market to provide competitive answers to customer inquiries • Maintain effective communication with all relevant individuals • Demonstrate a willingness to understand the business and contribute to enhancing the company's market position • Attend required business meetings and training sessions • Complete administrative tasks and special projects as assigned • Uphold a commitment to excellence in all aspects of work Qualifications: • Must have a successful and proven track record in business and/or sales • A motivated individual dedicated to providing value is essential • Professional attitude and demeanor are a requirement • Excellent communication skills needed to engage with a variety of people • Strong phone skills, including the ability to close appointments over the phone, are a must • Proficiency in real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies is necessary • Must be a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset • Above-average proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Docs is required • Outstanding writing, speaking, and grammar abilities are essential • Strong organizational and planning skills are crucial • Effective problem-solving capabilities are a must • Dependable with a keen focus on safety is required • Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service • Must be adaptable and willing to take on diverse tasks • Skilled at building relationships and multitasking effectively • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for work are necessary • Availability to work nights and weekends occasionally is required • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check is essential • High School diploma or Associate degree is preferred • Background in call center sales is preferred • Must demonstrate Steadfast Home Buyers' core values: Growth Mindset, Personal Responsibility, Eagerness, Coachability, Contributing to the Whole, and Higher Standard • Committed to excellence in all aspects of work Compensation: $42,000 - $65,000 yearly
