Our Product team is looking for a senior-level designer who is comfortable working both collaboratively and independently. The ideal candidate is passionate about wrangling complexity to create simple and seamless digital experiences. They must be thoughtful in considering the holistic user experience when designing—understanding how their designs fit in context with other elements as diverse as copy, animations, and the business model.

We're searching for somebody with impeccable user experience sensibilities who can gracefully transition between thinking about the big picture and getting down to the nitty gritty details of execution. They should be eager to collaborate with members of a multidisciplinary team to bring designs from the idea stage all the way to fruition, while establishing and evolving the company's broader UX and design strategy throughout the process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help define strategic and tactical user experience design objectives by analyzing business needs and technical constraints; deliver feature designs that meet these strategic objectives
• Reference established patterns and brand language to generate production-quality screens for iOS and Android mobile applications, web apps, and responsive websites
• Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes for testing and communicating design concepts
• Optimize information architecture across product platforms based on IA best practices and technical constraints; define high-level user flows to facilitate design and research processes
• Effectively communicate new and evolved design concepts both within the team and with external stakeholders
• Work closely with design team to develop, evolve, and maintain product design standards and pattern library
• Draft project requirements with an eye on larger business goals and OKRs
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and data engineers to define flexible and robust implementation strategies

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in relevant UX or product design role(s)
• Online portfolio demonstrating an exceptional grasp of modern digital design across mobile and responsive web
• Strong knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Strong understanding of information architecture and UI animation principles
• Experience working directly with researchers to test and validate feature concepts
