Responsibilities: • Develop and teach engaging STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) curriculum to students. • Foster a creative and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking. • Collaborate with other instructors to enhance interdisciplinary learning opportunities for students. • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. • Stay updated on current trends and advancements in STEAM education to continuously improve teaching methods and content. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • Experience in teaching STEAM subjects. • Strong communication skills for all ages. • Ability to create engaging lesson plans. • US Work Authorization. • Proven experience as a STEAM Instructor, ideally in educational or youth settings. • Strong knowledge and proficiency in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics concepts and practices. • Ability to inspire and engage students of varying ages and skill levels in STEAM disciplines through innovative teaching strategies. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff. • Certification in STEAM education, relevant STEAM disciplines, or equivalent experience is beneficial. • Passion for STEAM education and a commitment to fostering interdisciplinary learning and 21st-century skills among students. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
