Steam Logistics was founded 8 years ago to tackle the most strategic challenge many companies face: how to align the supply chain so goods move efficiently, quickly and economically. We started as the international arm to Access America, a domestic brokerage that scaled to $500 million before being acquired by Coyote Logistics. The Opportunity

Our sales team is breaking records up in here, and this is an opportunity to be involved in the inception of a huge part of our business! Your performance will be measured by consistent prospecting, closing new business and growing existing relationships through an unmatched level of service. You will help solve the same challenge that shippers and carriers face every year: how to evolve and adapt to market conditions to maintain relevancy and profitability. Steam helps solve the ever-changing landscape for shippers & carriers by leveraging decades of industry experience with fanatical service.

What We Are Looking For

• Supply chain or logistics experience, sales experience, and/or bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary – We want your hustle
• Strong verbal & written communication skills with a service-centric mindset
• Empathetic to customer needs with the ability to translate those needs into solutions that deliver value
