Do you love to litigate but also know when to negotiate and settle? Are you a zealous, yet diplomatic advocate? Do you have trial experience and enthusiasm for advocacy?  Then you may be the ideal candidate to join our team.  Direct client contact and time in the courtroom is assured for all attorneys.     Due to the nature of this area of law there are periods where the work load will be heavier than others.  A successful candidate will have the ability to manage their time in an appropriate manner so that all appropriate deadlines are met.  We strive to maintain a work-life balance, good morale and a sense of humor.

We are currently seeking a probate litigation attorney with at least four years’ experience handling all aspects of contested probate and trust matters. Applicants should have experience litigating probate cases from start to finish, including discovery, depositions, evidentiary hearings, and settlement negotiations. Trial experience is preferred.

    REQUIRED SKILLS / CHARACTERISTICS INCLUDE:
