**Job Summary:
**We are seeking an experienced Miscellaneous Steel Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design within the steel construction industry and be capable of producing highly accurate fabrication drawings. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed steel shop drawings, fabrication details, and layout plans.
• Review and interpret project specifications, structural drawings, and engineering requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Update and revise drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings, revisions, and project files.
• Ensure all detailing meets industry standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SDS2, or Tekla Structures.
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication, construction processes, and detailing best practices.
• Working knowledge of AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) and AWS (American Welding Society) standards.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
