Summary

Assist Wait Staff as needed to ensure efficiency of service and operations. Deliver food/drink orders Resort wide accurately and in a timely manner. Assess and replenish inventory of Resort vending machines accurately.

Duties and Responsibilities

Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.

After guests depart, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.

Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.

Interact appropriately with guests and communicate with server and host/hostess to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.

Assist server as needed with food running, refilling beverages, and reasonable requests by service staff.

Break-down and set-up dining rooms as needed for a la-carte, wedding or buffet service.

Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Accurately take, enter into computer, package, and deliver take-out orders to any room of the Resort.

Qualifications/certifications/skills

No previous restaurant experience required.

Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.

Be able to lift 50 pounds, reach, bend and stoop.

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).

Possess a Valid NH Drivers License and reliable transportation.
