    Summary

    We are a busy Resort Management company looking for a reliable, upbeat and energetic team player interested in helping support the accounting department. This is a great opportunity to learn business functions from several very experienced professionals.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Payroll and Human Resources support as directed by the HR Coordinator

    Accounts Payable data entry and projects as directed by the AP Accountant

    Mail sorting, scanning & filing duties

    General accounting duties such as journal entries and account reconciliations

    Skills

    Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel & Word

    Basic understanding Accounting principles

    Ability to keep your composure in all types of situations

    Ability to interface with various departments and levels of the company

    General comfort in working with computers

    Exposure to Quickbooks strongly desired

    Exposure to Paylocity a big plus

    High School Diploma required

    Associates Degree in a business discipline preferred

    Scheduling
