Steelite International is seeking Sales Service Assist to support the outside sales team. Position will interface with our sales force, sales representatives, and customers. This job is the behind the scene magic that supports outside sales. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SALES SERVICE ASSISTANT?

• Preparation of price quotes
• Maintain electronic pricing files
• Prepare and execute buying guides
• Audit variable selling expenses, liaison with finance department to ensure proper reporting
• Coordinating samples for sales team
• Ad Hoc Reporting
• Update sales contracts

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or equivalent combination of education and similar work experience,
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
• Deadline and detail-oriented
