We are looking for teachers who demonstrate exemplary leadership qualities and motivation. Our teachers and assistants are custodians of the Montessori environment, guiding students to explore their greatest possible potential. Teachers must be able to communicate with parents and administration, supervise students, handle emergencies, and engage positively in the classroom. Fluency in a second language is a plus. If you have an educational background or experience in early childhood education, especially in infant or toddler classrooms, we invite you to explore this opportunity by submitting your application today. • Full-time Positions- Monday through Friday, Part-time positions-Monday through Friday Responsibilities: • Montessori Guides; teachers are responsible for guiding students to explore activities, keeping all materials clean and organized while supervising children • Communication with parents, administration, and peers • Adhere to daily schedules for infants and toddlers • Handle emergencies • Engage positively in the classroom Qualifications: • A background in an educational setting is beneficial but not necessary • Positive communicator • Reliable worker to create a consistent routine for the students • Must be able to pass a mandatory background screening • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs • Physical requirements • CPR & FA certification is a plus • Professional Development Courses required throughout the year Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
