Responsibilities: • Montessori Guides; teachers are responsible for guiding students to explore activities, keeping all materials clean and organized while supervising children • Communication with parents, administration, and peers • Adhere to daily schedules for infants and toddlers • Engage positively in the classroom • Assess children to ensure they are meeting their developmental benchmarks • Maintain the cleanliness of the classroom Qualifications: • Reliable worker to create a consistent routine for the students • Positive communicator • Must be able to pass a mandatory background screening • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs • Experience in Early Childhood Education is a plus Compensation: $15 - $19 hourly
