Administrative Assistant
We're searching for a diligent administrative assistant to provide administrative support for our Wyalusing office. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. • Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly fashion. • Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution. • Assist clients or potential clients with scheduling appointments or initial consultations. • Organize and maintain the calendars for various staff members to ensure all appointments are correctly added. • Answer phone calls, direct caller to the appropriate staff person and/or e-mail appropriate staff person a message related to the call. • Assist with stocking supplies, light cleaning, and other items as necessary to maintain the appearance of the offices. • Maintain supplies and place supply orders. • Serve as a witness, as needed for appointments. • Print documents and other forms, as needed for appointments. • Prepare and mail correspondence for initial consultations. • Scan, print, copy and save documents. • Order tax assessment cards and title searches for clients’ real estate. • Record documents at county courthouses. • Assign tasks for client files. • Maintain confidentiality of all client and personnel matters. • Alert the supervisor, Executive Director or Partners to potential threats to the success of the firm. Qualifications: • Customer service or administrative experience preferred • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • High school diploma or GED required • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers Compensation: $18 - $20/hr
