Job Description

The employee development intern will be in charge of developing our learning management system. The intern will work with key employees at each community to develop the system so course compliance meets state regulations. This position will also assist with developing the on-boarding process through our human resource management software. The intern will also help with new ideas for recruitment and retention as well as other human resource objectives. This is a summer semester or 3 month full time internship beginning in June.
