Stencilist / Production Worker – Entry Level Manufacturing

KSR Foam and Technical Products LLC is hiring a full-time Stencilist / Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in Garden Grove, CA.

In this role, you will mark manufactured parts using stencil spray ink, assist with packaging finished parts, and help ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.

No experience required — we will train the right candidate.

Pay

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Additional Compensation

Shipping bonus eligibility based on performance, attendance, scrap etc

Overtime opportunities available

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Must be available for:

Overtime as needed

Occasional Saturdays

Expected hours: 40+ per week - subject to change based on production schedule

Responsibilities

Apply stencil markings to fabricated parts using spray ink

Assist with packaging and boxing approved finished parts

Follow work instructions and production procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

Ability to read blueprints or drawings (or willingness to learn)

Basic measurement skills and ability to read a tape measure

Ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a team environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Basic English communication skills

Reliable and punctual

Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

Standing and walking for extended periods

Frequent use of hands and fingers

Exposure to machine noise, moving equipment, dust, and debris
