The Sales Support Intern will play a vital role in assisting with tasks related to sales operations at Steno. This is a great opportunity for an upcoming or recent graduate who is looking to be part of a growing sales team and have a direct impact on the entire company. For top performers, this internship has the potential to grow into a full-time position with the Sales department. .
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Help prepare sales proposals
Communicate information between Sales and Billing teams to make sure both teams have accurate information for all new and prospective clients
Assist Account Executives with developing implementing targeted sales strategies
Help distribute Steno sales marketing materials to potential clients Keep up with new Steno product releases and make sure the sales team is up-to-date
Provide excellent customer service as needed
Support Sales Department with other day to day operations and activities as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
Proficient with PC or Mac, Google Suite preferred
Must be able to learn new software systems and processes quickly; innovative and can help us improve processes
Self-motivated individual that works well with a team but also able to work alone
Strong communication,interpersonal skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction
Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills; strong attention to detail is a must
Excited to join a fast-growing tech start up; interest in technology or the legal industry is a plus!

Steno makes getting and paying for legal support services easy by combining litigation finance with a two-sided market that connects court reporters, videographers, and interpreters with the law firms that need their services.
