Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and (AHCA) licensing standards

Travel in the community to see clients at least 75%

Ability to work 32 hours per week

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Previous experience (2) as a mental health therapist preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Provides quality therapeutic services to a filled caseload of clients

Meeting or exceeding team productivity, billing, and administrative standards

A current FL driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation with automobile liability insurance are also required.
