BANKRUPTCY PARALEGAL

Compensation: $17 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)

Benefits: 401k with Matching, Dental, Medical, Vacation and Holidays

Employment: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES: ADMINISTRATIVE CASE MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT.

• Drafting of form-based documents
• E-filing pleadings
• Corresponding with clients
• Aid attorneys with case management

QUALIFICATIONS: NECESSARY SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Word, Excel, and Outlook),

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma
• Preferred Candidates are those with a Paralegal Associates degree (or other relevant certification) or prior experience
