We are seeking a proposal coordinator in the greater Seattle area with excellent attention to detail, communications and writing skills, and a team-oriented approach to their work. This position works closely with the Director of Business Development to implement business development plans and will participate in and coordinate all aspects of proposal preparation, from solicitation searches to supporting go/no-go decisions to developing and submitting prime and subconsultant proposal materials. The position involves significant collaboration with S&A team members and industry partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and track solicitations for proposals through a variety of procurement systems.
• Coordinate the production and delivery of prime proposals including production schedules, timelines, graphic design, content development, team bios and resumes, ensuring materials meet RFP/RFQ requirements.  
• Coordinate the timely development and delivery of subconsultant requests for information and other marketing materials.
• Provide strong copy writing and editing, and compile, format and organize proposal information from many sources to help create winning proposals and qualifications statements.
• Maintain corporate qualifications, teaming partners and contacts, staff resumes, project descriptions and photos.
• Support external marketing efforts including collateral, social media, coordination of events, conferences and community relations.
• Support coordination of contract management including setup and tracking.  
• Periodically, some evening and/or weekend work may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a BA/BS in marketing, communications, English, journalism or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one to two years’ hands-on proposal coordination experience. 
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, while managing tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects at once and delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: S&A is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. This position’s salary range is $55,000-$65,000, DOE.
