We are seeking a Sterilization Technician to join our team. The Sterilization Technician will be responsible for ensuring medical equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and maintained in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Schedule and Locations

• Full-Time Position
• Alternative Work Schedule (4/10 Schedule) 7:30am - 6:30pm - 4 Days Per Week & 1 Saturday Per Month

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

_ Key Responsibilities_

• Follow established protocols for cleaning, decontaminating, and sterilizing medical equipment and instruments
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness and functionality before and after sterilization
• Operate sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves, in accordance with manufacturer instructions
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
• Monitor inventory levels of sterile supplies and order replacements as needed
• Assist with the organization and stocking of supply areas
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient sterilization of equipment
