Job Title: Sterilization Technician

Location: The Dental Co of Leesburg

Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 7:00pm

Pay: $17-$20 an hour

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety?

Our dental practice is seeking a Dental Sterilization Technician to ensure our instruments and environment meet the strictest sterilization protocols, keeping our patients and team safe every day.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, etc.)
• Clean, disinfect, and prepare dental instruments and trays
• Monitor inventory of sterilization supplies and PPE
• Assist with infection control procedures and compliance documentation
• Support clinical staff with setup and breakdown of treatment rooms

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in dental or medical sterilization is preferred (we’ll train the right candidate!)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Commitment to safety and infection control standards
• Team player with a positive attitude
