JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITIES •Proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.   •Demonstrated ability in creating training presentations and materials for in-person, computer based and/or distance learning platforms. •Demonstrated ability in writing technical or operational documents. •Possess a technical background or show an aptitude to learn in the areas of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronics. •Possess presentation, verbal, listening and writing communication skills. •Must have the ability to work with the team, internal customers and stakeholders and external customers. •Must demonstrate a strong customer service attitude, able to work independently as well as on a team, be self-motivated, and a self-starter. •Able to follow through on duties and assignments with some direction, time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. •Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and positive attitude   PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE •0-5 years of equivalent experience in learning and development, technical or electrical role and/or ability to demonstrate strong aptitude in these areas    EDUCATIONAL AND/OR TRAINING REQUIREMENT •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in teaching, human resources, I/O Psychology, technical trade field and/or equivalent certification. •Technical and/or electrical knowledge and experience preferred.
