Job Description

The individual should have at least 5 -10 years’ experience working in maintenance, procedure writing, and quality assurance. Previous motor shop experience important. This position will report to the Plant Manager (who reports directly to the President). QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: •Bachelor’s Degree or comparable demonstrated commitment to personal development and growth. An engineering background is a plus. •Five to ten years minimum experience working in the manufacturing or maintenance industry (nuclear and aerospace field a plus). Motor shop experience desired. •Strong procedure and technical writing experience •Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance standards •Enjoys accomplishment through winning team performance and customer excellence
