Job Description

We are a family owned business and have become a niche OEM of refrigeration systems. We are global and growing rapidly. We a very cultural centric and value our employees.

At this time we are seeking an APPLICATIONS ENGINEER to support our base of clients and will be part of our sales/engineering department. There is no travel involved and we provide on the job training. We are seeking someone with an individual with good technical aptitude and "can do" attitude.

We offer 3 weeks of vacation and a 10% annual bonus. this person must hold a Bachelors Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES (LISTED IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE)

APPLICATION ENGINEERING (50%)

• Profile new applications with customers, including functional specifications, project timelines and cost targets.
• Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
• Generate price quotations for customers, including technical submittal information.
• Select and source major components for custom designs with Engineering.
• Support Engineering and Manufacturing in the design and assembly process to ensure all customer requirements are met.

OEM ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (50%)

• Support OEM accounts as the primary relationship contact for day-to-day requests.
• Develop a technical expertise in the cooling requirements of OEM instruments
• Collaborate with OEM Engineers to design cooling solutions for new OEM product.
