The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist is responsible for achieving an optimal LMS experience for our team members, so they are equipped to develop towards mastery in their current role and, potentially, prepare for future roles.

Status: Full Time, Salaried Non Exempt

Supervisor: Director of Team Growth

Schedule: 1st Shift

Compensation: Dependent on Experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Consult w/ internal SMEs to create, develop and deploy LMS courses.

• Create course outlines, record learning content and design courses.

• Provide support to leaders and team members re: utilization of LMS.

• Develop reports that are concise, intuitive, and actionable to support on-time completion of learning.

• Design effective user dashboards.

• Create and deploy feedback and evaluation process of LMS usability and courses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 5-7 years of relevant experience

• Experience w/ Paycor a plus, but not required
