  • Responsibilities

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

     

    This position will be responsible for supporting the location’s Office Manager and staff with daily operational functions.  In this role, will also support Safety Programs, Accounts Receivables/Payable, and any additional tasks as needed.

     

     

    ACCOUNTABILITIES:

     

    • Answer multi-line phone systems, greet customer and guests.
    • Verify changes to proof of delivery (POD) tickets, ensure collection of cash on delivery (COD), and proper paperwork is submitted.
    • Assist with researching short pays and past due invoices, to ensure customer accounts are current.
    • Assist with daily inventory and end of month reconciliation.
    • Review daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports and make any necessary corrections.
    • Maintain office supplies, monitor UPS shipments, check daily mail and distribute.
    • Support all areas as needed in Office Manager’s absence.

     

    MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED:

     

    • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
    • 1+ years of experience in office setting.
    • 1 year minimum of customer service experience.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook).
    • Excellent communication skills (i.e. written and oral).
    • General office experience and strong organizational skills.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • At least 3-5+ year’s work experience in data and analytics setting, preferably in health care/managed care setting
    • Demonstrated ability to dive into analytics problems, synthesize data from multiple sources and communicate not only data but meaningful insights and recommendationsExperience with marketing technology and content management systems such as Eloqua, Sitecore and Adobe Experience Manager preferred
    • Deep understanding of digital measurement systems such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
    • Demonstrated high level of proficiency with SQL, data structures, and Excel
    • Understanding of data management structure and concepts are critical
    • Requires a high degree of service orientation, project management and deep experience in data-driven innovation
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Experience in forming strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and coordination across functional areas to deliver results

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Primarily sedentary.
    2. Must be able to use standard office equipment.
